Esmaeil is an experienced and highly skilled trial and appellate lawyer, regularly appearing at all levels of Courts in Ontario. He has been counsel on numerous civil and criminal trials and has represented clients in jury trials facing serious criminal charges. Esmaeil was previously an instructor for the trial advocacy Course at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also a member of Law Society of Ontario and Criminal Lawyers Association
